Hansi came recommended to me by a friend at a time of severe need and stress. Extreme pain in my mare’s neck prevented her from stretching her head down to eat. The maximum dosage of bute didn’t relieve her symptoms and she was getting severely depressed. The vets only treatment option left for her at that point was monthly injections of steroids into her neck.

Hansi examined my mare and explained to me in basic english what the cause of her problem is and how it can be treated. She was very knowledgeable of the anatomy of the horse and knew right away which muscle groups need to be treated and how. After the first session, you could see the pain easing off and my mare started to look relieved and more relaxed. She left me with treatment (homework) to do in between sessions. With a few treatments, my mare symptoms were at least 60% better. She was able to nibble the hay off the ground again and was not depressed anymore. After several months of treatment, she was back to herself. She was enjoying life and enjoyed being trail ridden or lightly ridden by my kids. Eventually, the arthritis did take over but my mare was able to enjoy the last years of her retirement with dignity and an enjoyable life thanks to Hansi.

In addition to my horses needs, Hansi became my dog chiropractor of choice. When my dog hurt his back my vet prescribed him pain killers, which made him initially feel better. He was not 100% but seemed ok. A few weeks after the incident, he started scratching his ears to a point that they were bleeding. My vet gave me ear drops which didn’t seem to relieve his symptoms. A holistic vet mentioned to me that his scratching is very likely linked to his old back injury. He recommended having him treated by an animal chiropractor. I called Hansi. After one session she had his back adjusted and he immediately stopped scratching his ears. She is now my go to for my dogs as well.

In addition, Hansi is very knowledgeable in holistic animal care. Even so she believes in traditional veterinary care, she does try to supplement or treat the health problems with a holistic approach. She has helped treating my animals ailments on several occasions using a holistic approach which compliments my choice of natural animal care.

I cannot even express how much I value Hansi’s opinion and how much she helped my animals over the years. She is extremely professional, helpful and all my animals love her to pieces. I can whole heartedly recommend Hansi for your animals health needs.

I started using Hansi's services about two years ago when my pony was having some straightness problems under saddle. I tried massage therapists and chiropractors and while initial results were good, they did not prove to be long lasting.. After a recommendation from my coach, I decided to have Hansi come out and work on my pony. Hansi's work immediately made a difference to him and his way of going and the results actually lasted this time. I have had Hansi work on my pony ever since to help keep his body correct and his mind happy. She knows my pony really well and we communicate often about how he is doing. She always has lots of ideas and suggestions regarding alternative treatments and supplements. I will always keep my pony on a treatment program with Hansi, because of how happy and comfortable he is, especially during the strenuous show season.
